Our group head chef Sheep Man has refreshed the food menu with a more focused offering, while retaining its quirky, comfort feel. Making their debut will be dishes such as FuYu Elote, “Lap Yuk” Mac & Cheese and a classic Smash Burger. Favorites such as duck egg yolk “Golden Fries” and “Corianger”, a hefty burger made with locally butchered beef stuffed with soft bones and topped with deep fried cilantro will remain on offer
